What is the best shampoo to get curly, healthy, shiny (especially shiny) hair. ?

Hey guys/gals! I have a problem. My hair is curly on the inside (by this I mean the hair that if you flipped upside down would show) is curly. It's beautiful! But, the part that faces the outside is wavy and isn't shiny. Help! I want the outside to be as beautiful as the inside. What shampoo could i use... thats cheap!?What is the best shampoo to get curly, healthy, shiny (especially shiny) hair. ?
I use redken All Soft for my dry hair and it works wonders. I'm sure their Fresh Curls line would be great for you. Also if you are especially looking for Shine would recommend Tigi's Shiny Happy People spray a dozen times over. It is quite pricey but is incredibly light (not greasy at all), gives amazing shine, and smells nice.What is the best shampoo to get curly, healthy, shiny (especially shiny) hair. ?
Redken is a great brand, it's under $20 i think and well worth it.





Curly Sexy Hair--you can generally get discounted from marshalls, tj maxx, filene's basement, etc





also you need good hair products post shower! The Frizz Ease line of products is pretty good for shineyness
