i had very thick hair when i was about 10 years old den you know when u get to 13-16 you just want to do everything to ur hair and try out new things i use to dye it so much and my hair was falling out litrelly and den i knew it was going to be very hard but i made a decision to not do anything to my hair 4 a year when i mean anything i mean curling str8tning n all that so i use 2 just tie it up and go and obviously take care of it dat time i trimmed the split ends i never dyed it and didnt use any heat i must say it was really hard to do because you obviously feel like styling ur hair but it was worth it because in the end, now, i am 17 and my hair has improved DRAMATICALLY it has gone thicker and longerr its nearly up to my hips the best shampoo you can use is called shouwuwu shampoo its chinese and trust me you wont regret it ,. its so good!

Treseme is great you can get certain types e.g brittle hair etc but VO5 is also good but I use Treseme I'm not sure how to thicken hair mines is bad enough but hope this helps!
