Yes. I wash my hair with shampoo right after i rinse the solution out. Never harms my color.
well most of them come with a conditioner for your hair...


it helps you so that the color doesn't fade away so quickly

Yes you are allowed, but it is not recomended for the next 24 or so hours after color treatment because washing it will make the color fade.
