Best shampoo for dry thin hair without harsh chemicals?

Can anyone refer me to a shampoo that will help my hair ans does not contain harmful alcohols or sulfates? I've herd of ones such as wen, l'anza, and pureology....has anyone tryed these?? Try Main and Tail...its a horse shampoo, but u can find it with other shampoo...if not I use tresseme and it works great.

I am a hairdresser and I have tried most of the professional lines out there. I am starting to buy into the theory of no shampoo but conditioning cleansers instead. I love the shine I see on all the superstars hair, and I believe this is what does it. I do think you will need to compromise body for shiny, healthy looking hair, but I don't mind that. As you mentioned, Wen is one conditioning cleanser but it is very expensive.





I found a product online called Devacurl that is a cleansing conditioner and it costs about 1/2 as much as the Wen. It also has different formulas which are explained on this website:

I've never heard of the others but you might Try Big and Sexy's soy line. They have everything from conditioners and shampoos to straightning iron sprays and curling creams. The product line is calls Soy you want healthy hair by Big%26amp;Sexy. Its a great light line that won't weigh your hair down and make it greasy. I care The Big%26amp;Sexy line in my salon and its a great seller. Hope its helpful! Good luck!
