What's the best shampoo for my hair?

Hi. I have long, wavy/straight light/med toned brown hair.


Its not thin, but its not thick, so it's kind of right in the middle.


I use like 3 or 4 products to scrunch my hair so its nice and wavy (like beach waves) in the morning.


What kind of shampoo%26amp;%26amp;conditioner should I use?

i have used everything every thought of using. I like head and shoulder's. sounds crazy but im telling you its really good.
