Why does Paul Mitchell's Shampoo Three shampoo, say not to use with color treated hair?

Cleanse, is maybe another name for it. its to remove chlorine and impurities. Why cant i use it on color treated hair?Why does Paul Mitchell's Shampoo Three shampoo, say not to use with color treated hair?
the chemicals it in would probably take off the dye :: if that shampoo has SLS/SLES or ALS in it: you don't want to use it anyways =\

Perhaps the chemicals he uses in it would do strange things to your hair.


Or in more simple terms, the chemicals mixed together could have a very bad effect on the texture of your hair.
because it's not meant for it, obviously. there are chemicals in it that react negatively with whatever is in hair dye.
